OT is one thing, but using a ML hosted by Vapor to ask about a

Would you phone Microsoft help desk for help with Wordperfect? How
about you email the makers of Newrog and ask them if they can give you
help with Microdot and see what sort of reaction you get.
If the suppliers of the news reader you chose left you out in the cold with
no support, then tough titty! Use Microdot--the makers of that have
provided TWO support mailing lists.
