This sound slike a problem with Contact Manager.  Basically, it needs  a
directory to be created for each user.  For example, my contact manager is
in Netconnect3:Programs/CManager/   Within this directory I created a new
folder for each user, although in this case that's only me, since nobody
else uses this machine.  Once you have done this, your address book will be
fine. You'll also find it was probably losing you URL's as well.  NB you
should also create a directory called "Root" in CManager's directory as
well.  Basically, create a directory for each user within Genesis.
