Is this that thing which a few ppl have seen (myself included) where
the Envarc:vapor/cmanager__lastuseddir does not agree with the contact
manager .prefs file?
Since your address book is empty, it wont hurt to try:
Delete the above file in envarc: and env: and reboot. Run Cmanager
direct from Workbench and then exit. Then try it from MD2.
