That tallies with my own experiences. I preordered via the web, and
ended up getting STFax 4 at the same time too. I had the CDs delivered
shortly after release.

In the past, I've had similar prompt service. When I bought the NC2 +
Pace 56 bundle from Active back in er.. early/mid '98 I think, NC2
wasn't available so Chris sent me NC1 free of charge to tide me over
until the NC2 CD-ROM shipped.

Yep, it wasn't the smoothest upgrade, but it's a trivial matter to
download updates and do a little bit of tinkering, supported by this
list. The most serious issue, in my mind, was the whole MD2/Y2K
problem which caught a lot of people out, and really shouldn't have
happened - but that's in the past, and the situation was resolved.


Hopefully we can go back to being a support list for Netconnect... ;-)
