Same thing for me with NC3 - Chris sent me NC2 as a temporary
solution, and sent NC3 straight after launch. The distribution issues
were unfortunate, although several seem to involve overseas post. Just
because you didn't get it straight away doesn't necessarily make it
Chris's fault.
