There is no way that anyone buying PC or even Mac software has the same
immediate responses that you were able to give to Netconnect support. It
feel s like the old corner shop approach, where the produce is not 100%,
but the service is with a smile and a helpful comment. We live in an age
where this approach is rejected as amateurish, but I far prefer it to the
"take it or leave it, or we'll rip you off for more" attitude that seems to
more generally prevail.
As a teacher on an M.Sc. course, my immediate reaction was: "We won't be
getting the same level of response from Chris, then". They are always very
intense. May I wish you, "Good Luck and Keep up the concentration on the
course and ignore the rude comments".
