Yep, I did...I use the NTL PC Internet service (will soon be changing to
the NTLWorld service which is where the free calls will be).

To make things easier I initially signed up with a PC, using the crap on
the CD they sent. Essentially all it involves is dialling up to their
ISP, logging on with a "signup" username/password (which I don't know) and
then going through some rather heavily Java/Javascripted pages to set up
your account and email addresses.

Once you're connected though, the system is quite helpful and gives you a
lot of technical information, which meant it was easy to connect with my
Amiga or my Linux box. The basic info is:

Dialup #: 0845 4551430
DNS 1: 194.168.4.100
DNS 2: 194.168.8.100
POP3: vpop.dtn.ntl.com
SMTP: mail.dtn.ntl.com

If you can persuade them to set up an account over the phone or something
then all you need is the above info and connecting with Genesis is as easy
as anything else.

However, I can't imagine they'll be very reponsive. Best thing is to use
a PC (if you have one) or otherwise see if you can find a friendly
PC-owning friend and sign up on their computer.

Setting up e-mail addresses and stuff is done online on their web site,
which doesn't work with Voyager (haven't tried other browsers, and maybe
it will work with the new version coming soon...who knows).

Bit of a pain but obviously when it boils down to it the service is just a
dialup same as any other so if you can actually get past the setting up
stage there will be no problem using it with Genesis.
