Thanks for the info. Genesis requires a username, ID and telephone number.
I guess there will be a new freephone number but did you get the current
phone
number from the CD? Without a username and ID, which you say you didn't
know, how did you get Genesis to do its stuff?
My brother-in-law is going to let me use his PC, so no problem there.
