YAY!!! I've finally got Genesis to stop being screwy. Ian Greenway
sent me the most recent Surfsquirrel.library (40.45), and at last my
modem will hang up and then reconnect without a reboot.
Thanks very much to everyone who's tried to help me out with this,
I've learned a few useful things even though they didn't fix my
problem, but thanks especially to Ian.
So, do any of you others that are having problems use a surf squirrel?
If so, the answer is in the drivers. I'm happy to forward them on to
anyone who needs them.
