ah, yep, I remember. Yep, this can't be fixed. Even I saw this 'problem', and
there was no way we could find the fault. If anyone has any ideas, let me know
:)

I think conversion to BSD4.4 and DHCP were two things the programmer (working on
the kernel) was wanting to add.
