The most important thing is your NC3 key in "S:"
Then it depends on what you want to keep. 
you can keep all your libs if you want, but I expect there are a few you
don't use any more. When you install your programs over to your new machine
and try to start up anything, if your missing a lib or a device the program
usually tells you.

If your backing up to CD, then all your Workbench partition should easilly
go on one CD, then anything else you cant find on AACDs or AFCDs.
