Yes, but not of us have Smile accounts, so it's particular hard to 'fix' a
problem without more technical information :-/
Neither of us have Egg accounts either.
I suggest the only thing you could do is to try and examine the problem
yourself, perhaps send the JS logs and similar. Are you sure these sites
don't require Java?
