Which is the same time in GMT. It ought to show you the time converted
to your local time zone. So if you were in Germany it would read 14:31
whreas East coast USA readers would see 08:31

That sounds like a fault in MicroDot. Your headers show the message was
posted at 18:46:36 +0100 and THOR displays the time as 18:46:36

You're doing it right, but it looks like MD isn't.
