Hm, I get the message header and the message window to agree:
Window titling:
*Date: Today, 13:31:45 (0d old) Arrived: Today.........*
Message header:
*Date: 29 Mar 2000 13:31:45 +0100*

I *don't* have DST enabled, but I've manually set the slider to GMT+1.
You might try that. Someone can tell me if I'm sending things
correctly, but it certainly looks ok for receiving.
Every 6 months, I say "I wish they'd leave the clocks alone!"
