You will find that V� is perfectly fine when it comes to applying for a
card - I used it to apply for mine. However, once the card arrives, you
can't use V��to access your account!! Stupid, isn't it?
So you're nothing special when it comes to getting the card - you WILL be
something special if you can actually get V��to enter the site and go to
your account details once it is all up and running ...
