Well, this is probably not related much to this problem but it will be of
curiosity for a few of us ;-)
Here in Russia ISP's offering net access via hour basis using 5, 10 ets
hour cards have a very cool problems.
For some reason when you connect to them from amiga using miami or amitcp
they don't count your online time nor traffic! If you log on from a pc or
mac all the counters start rolling ;-) I think amiga TCP stacks are someway
odd and bug ISP software. ( A 5 hour card can last a few month of dialup if
you are using an amiga... )
You may not believe it, but it's true and works on several ISP's!!!!
And they do nothing about it... Probably too few amigas online over here.
