If you are saying that you have disabled JAVA in Voyager (3.1) and you are
not getting line drops BUT are using MIAMI, I would THINK that there is a
problem with how Voyager is handeling the JAVA.
I have posted another post with a URL that causes my system to drop out
easily and hope other people can work out what the problem is, as if I have
JAVA disabled, it "works" but I don't get the page's contents.
