There were a few teething problems, but IMHO blown out of proportion
somewhat. Certainly it's worth installing it - almost all of it has
had updates now - V�, AmIRC3, MD2, MetalWeb4, NetInfo,
Contact Manager, Webvision... So most outstanding major bugs are long
gone.
I have to say, current problems or otherwise, V� is so much better
than V2.96 you just have to....

No. Although you could if you wanted.

As soon as you install your NetConnect 3 keyfile your new full archive
of V� 3.2 should work in registered mode, no re-install required
AFAIK.
It may be wise to install NC3 and its updates *first* though, then
overwrite with the new V� to ensure there are no old versions of MUI
bits laying around. (In theory the installer deals with this, but to
be safe...)
Then you can join in the fun. :)
