I've been with RHA from pretty early on. At the start downloads were
abysmally slow, then it improved enormously and was working well, but then the
problems came back with ridiculously low newsgroup download speeds and over the
last fortnight I have not succeeded once in making a connection.
I am now forwarding RHA almost daily logs (read complaints) of my failed
attempts.
As luck would have it I actually got through tonight on my fourth attempt after
three NO ANSWERs.
They say they are working on it!
As you'll see from the other mails (they surprised me) not everyone is suffering
so badly.
