Change the init string to include whatever your modem's sound option is.
It's very likely to be M, so if you change the init string to this it
should work:
Init String: AT&F&D2M\r
ALternatively you may have to actually specify a level for M, so try M0 or
M1. M on its own works on my SupraExpress 56e.
