Interesting.  But is this other number for general use, or is it
specifically for those people who have had problems? ie: It has less
capacity and would easily clog up?  It would be an interesting
experiment to see if whatever performance anyone else was getting also
improved, even of it was good in the first place.

I dread to think how much that call cost you to phone the helpline ;-)
