It would be appreciated if anybody would kindly assist me
and suggest a possible solution, to a problem I am
experiencing regarding sending 'Attachments' with e-mail
messages. I use Microdot-II 1.2 and the user guide/instructions
indicate that it is possible to both send and receive attachments.
The 'built in' MIME is 'Applications/Octet-Stream' and when I
endeavour to view and open the attachments, I receive a message on the
screen referring to MIME, stating that if I can read the 'screen
message', then I do not have a MIME facility which permits the sending
and receiving of attachments. If any Microdot user could suggest a
means by which I could successfully send and receive attachments, I
would be very much obliged.
Similarly, when the year 2000 arrived, all my e-mail messages appear
to have indicated the year as 100, having 'rolled over' from 99 - is
there a means by which Microdot can be adjusted, please.
I thank you, in anticipation, for your assistance (I have an Amiga
A1200).
