The file isn't being overwritten, it just doesn't get saved properly
in the first place. Probably.
Try running CM on it's own, choosing to save on changes and on exit.
Then make a change and exit. Have a look around env: in the vapor dir,
make sure the paths are correct and copy the files to envarc:
