After trying what others have suggested, you might want to try this:
Due to the odd change in name from "CManager" to "Manager" for the
directory name, myself and several other people saw a similar problem
to you describe. One potential fix for it is to delete the
"ENVARC:Vapor/CManager_path" file. Then, on a fresh boot, before
running any other Vapor application, run the new Contact Manager
program directly from Workbench by clicking its icon. Make sure its
the new one not the old one. ;-)
I should also point out that there have been a couple of CM updates
since the one on the NC3 CD, I believe the latest is V1.8. You might
want to install that before messing about getting it to work. You may
well find that it works ok in the first place then, since the newer
versions revert to the "CManager" dirname.
