I just suffered a HD crash and though I had "backups", not everything has gone to plan, and much of my software has had to be reinstalled - fortunately my work has survived. Anyway, I can't reload my address book into CManager. Before the crash I saved "default.data" and the "root" directory into a safe place so that I wouldn't lose it. It's about 21k. I reinstalled NC2, followed by all of the updates for 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 The computer hangs if I try to load "root.data" into the address book. Any ideas? I really would appreciate any help. Could someone tell me what version of cmanager.library I should have as I tried changing that for one off the backup to no avail.
