I had the same problem when I started and yes this can be
a nightmare. Let me explain to you, In "MIME Prefs" you set each
extension to "ASK" this way it will download and you can select
in which directory you want to use. More Detail: If you click in
the window line then instead of "VIEW" you select "ASK".
