The "can't open image decoders" error is quite misleading, but
Snoopdos reveals they are in turn trying to open the toolkit library.
This isn't so much a part of CM, but a part of the whole Vapor suite,
you just happen to be able to find it in the newer software releases.

I haven't seen any problems here yet... There was a problem with one
of the early uploaded versions. If you grab the latest one from the
Vapor site it should be fine. Not that I've noticed it does anything
different to before!
