[netconnect] Surfing with WB1.3

I have managed to donate my old Amiga A500 to a friend (ex-friend?), but
nothing more than Workbench 2.0 would ever install correctly.  Has anyone
managed to get either the Vapor products or any other IP stacks and browsers
to work on WB1.3 or WB2.0?
