No, you cannot connect two things to the serial port at the same time.

Do you mean you want to switch from one to the other?
Use a printer switchbox, with appropriate gender changer. It's simply a
switch for all 25 wires.
If you are thinking of switching while the computer is running, buy
8520 CIA chips in packs of 20.
But is a switchbox good value for money? Such a thing is about half the price of
an extra serial port, which incidently will be twice or three times the
speed of the Amiga serial port.
