This is why I kept the miami demo, as it gives a more verbose error. Likely causes are as follows: The network is down. Your Authentication server is messed up (or they lost you) One of your settings is off. With my ISP, I've noticed that the problem tends to be on their side for some reason or another. If I were you, I would check my Genesis Prefs for phone numbers, login names, PAP settings. If you are fairly certain that your ISP is running ok, I would run GenesisWizard again (do not delete your previous user...).
