I've finally managed to get som memory for my A2000 and now have 1 +
16 Meg.
When I try to connect to my ISP with Genesis I am now getting the
message
SANA2_Online: Could not put DEVS:NETWORKS/appp.device, unit 0
online
That is all on one line in the log you get on the Genesis window with
display option "log" enabled.
The visible symptom is that I get the "Establishing Network Connection"
displayed for around 30 seconds followed by the connection window
disappearing and the Genesis "Connect" button still being available and
the "Disconnect" button being ghosted.
The Genesis Log shows a connection for approximately 45 seconds.
This used to happen occasionally when I only had 1 + 4 meg and it
could be cured by rebooting so I always assumed that it was due to
fragmented memory.
The only change in the system is that an A2630 25 MHz 030 board with
4 meg has been replaced by an Apollo 2030 50 MHz 030 board with 16
Meg.
Any ideas anyone?
