Mikrotik has a new MIB, Feb 2017.   Please see:
http://download2.mikrotik.com/Mikrotik.mib

Lines 1800 ff deal with the Neighbour tables.  I do not think these are
standardised to LLDP.

If you do an snmpwalk, you'll get both standard ISO and generic Mikrotik
OIDs.
I'll do an output tonight when I'm back home.
