Thanks. It looks like there are 35 requests (all GET, all status 200) and
then POST is returning a 200 status code and I get the "incorrect username
or password" error.
That's on Firefox, I can't tell what's happening on my Chrome when I try to
login.
I don't have any extensions installed on Firefox.

well, if you doubleclick on the post request you will be able to see what you
are sending for username & password. if you are not using https is should be in
plain txt in the form data part.
check that for any deviations of what you think you should be using. if it does
match what you entered at installtime we're starting to run out of options.
