BRIEF

  * I have a new NetDisco installation ... but the Inventory is empty
  * How might I trouble-shoot the connection between data gathering
(bulkwalks) and insertion into the postgres/netdisco database?

DETAIL
I have a brand-new Netdisco installation:
App::Netdisco 2.42.10
SNMP::Info 3.68
DB Schema 58
PostgreSQL 9.2.24
Perl 5.20.1

Guru% bin/netdisco-backend status
Netdisco Backend                                              [Running]

I can bring up the Web interface and log in ...

The host is running lots of Netdisco-related processes ...

But the Inventory 'System Information' screen is blank, i.e. the GUI tells me
things like:

0 devices with 0 IPs

0 interfaces of which 0 are up

[...]

The CLI confirms this:
Guru% bin/netdisco-do psql -e 'SELECT ip, dns FROM device'
[3187] 2019-09-06 17:18:50  info App::Netdisco version 2.042010 loaded.

Grabbing a pcap, I can see tens of thousands of SNMP bulkwalks against IP
addresses I recognize (mgmt. agents on my Ethernet switches, for example) ...
along with the suitable replies from my gear.

Suggestions for the next trouble-shooting step?
