Thanks Carlos and others for this great software!
upgrading 1.0.1 -> 1.0.2
make upgrade was running fine.
$ sudo make installdeps
had this problem:
...
Warning: prerequisite Net::CIDR::Lite 0.20 not found.
...
Can't locate object method "new" via package "Net::CIDR::Lite" at
/home/frank/software/src/netdot-1.0.2/thirdparty/Net-Patricia-1.19_01/blib/lib/Net/Patricia.pm
line 119 (#1)
(F) You called a method correctly, and it correctly indicated a package
functioning as a class, but that package doesn't define that particular
method, nor does any of its base classes. See perlobj.
and on this CentOS 5.8...
$ sudo rpm -i
http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/5/i386/perl-Net-CIDR-Lite-0.20-2.1.el5.noarch.rpm
helped _a_lot_ :-)

Oops. I guess that it's not as automatic as I hoped.
If there is no package for a particular distribution, it's also possible
to install with CPAN:
$ sudo cpan
> install Net::CIDR::Lite
Then run 'make installdeps' again.
