Is it possible to add new or change records (CNAME, MX, TXT etc) via REST
API?
I've found this record in /usr/local/netdot/htdocs/rest/host:
...
# These are the only records we allow changing
        foreach my $rarg ( qw/name expiration info/ ){
...
Thus, I understand that other records can not be changed?

I can only delete TXT, MX, CNAME, etc records:
my $rid = 1;
$del = $netdot->delete('rrtxt/$rid');
or
$del = $netdot->delete('rrcname/$rid');

Is it possible to fix to have the opportunity to edit all records? Or am I
wrong somewhere?

Hi All,

We have some switch not in domain.

1) Is possible to remove the .domain from device name?

2) In the "device" panel, there are [HTTP][HTTPS] shortcuts. Is possible to use
the ip instead of name http://ip  / https://ip ?

Regards
