Any other suggestions for me to try? We need to be able to make
moves/adds/changes to netdot and this iptree4 errors are coming up quite often.

I just tried rebuilding the IP tree cache and it did not seem to have an
effect. I am still experiencing the issue.

Hi Aj,
Have you tried rebuilding the IP tree caches?
Go to Management -> Address Space
and find the "[tree]" button on the upper right.
Select the IP tree version and click "Go".
Let me know if that doesn't help.
