We'll have to get more info from you help us troubleshoot this.
One thing that would help is to increase debugging output. Please edit
the following line in your etc/Site.conf:
log4perl.category.Netdot::Model::Ipblock = DEBUG, Syslog
so that it has the "DEBUG" level as above. Then restart Apache and
watch your syslog file like this:
# tail -f /var/log/messages |grep netdot
(or whatever the file is called)
Then, try to replicate the problem and send me (perhaps off list) the
logging output.
