Hi Terry,

How big are your ARP tables?

If your tables are huge, that may be the reason. You have two options:

a) Reduce your ARP tables by segmenting your network with more routers
(easy to say, I know)
b) Write a CLI subclass (like the ones under
lib/Netdot/Model/Device/CLI/*) to get those via SSH instead of SNMP.
