When you delete records from a table the server doesn't free disk space. 
If you add --rotate to prune_db.pl it sould delete ARP and FWT tables 
and recreate them. But I think this will delete all existing records in 
those tables. I haven't tested this so proceed with caution.

You could also google on how to reclaim space used by mysql. There are 
numerous guides on how to do this.
