Is there any way to give a non-Admin user permission to change the Container
Scope of a DhcpScope record?

I have a contact list which has permissions on a particular zone and subnet.
Users in that list are able to add hosts correctly including a MAC address for
the host. But I don't see any way for them to specify the Container Scope for
the DHCP record at the time the host is created or a way for them to change it
after the host is created.

I'm trying to delete a DNS but running into an error and can't seem to
figure out how to get around the error. The problem stems from the fact a
device had a subnet as its IP. How I do not know. I remove the device,
tried remove the DNS record in the Zone for the individual device, but ran
into the same error. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am installing a new netdot server with the aforementioned systems and am
getting this error when I try to access the home page.

error:

Can't call method "getAttribute" on an undefined value at
/usr/local/netdot/htdocs/index.html line 13.

It then prints out the code by line and highlights line 13

13:

if ( $user->getAttribute('USER_TYPE') eq 'Admin' ||
$user->getAttribute('USER_TYPE') eq 'Operator') {

It then shows the following.

code stack:

/usr/local/netdot/htdocs/index.html:13
/usr/local/netdot/htdocs/autohandler:76

I know the Apache 2.4.7 web server changed the web site access, but am unsure
how to fix this. Any ideas?
