I've found a couple requests about running 1.0.6 under Apache 2.4.7 and
being unable to access netdot. This is the error message I get:
No authentication done but request not allowed without authentication for
/netdot/login.html. Authentication not configured?
I didn't see any responses to the previous queries. Did anyone ever
resolve this?

There's an updated config file on Github that makes it work
under Apache 2.4:
