Hello,
I'm trying to upload floor maps on Netdot, and getting an error on
files bigger than 1Mb (aprox.).
The error seems not to be related to that, but with smaller files,
it's working ok.
I'm trying to upload pdf files, this errors occurs with a 2MB PDF file:

I?m not aware of any file size limits within Netdot itself.
What?s the value of max_allowed_packet in your mysql configuration?

Hello,
It was:
max_allowed_packet = 1M
changed it to:
max_allowed_packet = 3M
And no problem loading the same 2MB PDF file wich was failing.
