You can invoke:
public String format(String formatString) 
on the CSpDatetime and get the format that would impress your boss. It gives
you ample options.

Alternatively, If I were using Oracle, I would consider using TO_CHAR(...)
on the backend. If you are binding the field it might mean a lot less work.
