Format it is the sql itself, depending on what database you are using.

if SQL Server, then select convert(varchar(11),getdate(),100)
where 100 is the format type which you can choose acc. to your need.

Subject: [ND] Apply time format to an HREF

I have a datetime field on a page that I have converted to an HREF.
Unfortunately, now I can't apply formatting to it as I would to a simple
text field so I am getting the time all the way down to milliseconds. My
boss is unimpressed. Can somebody offer a hint?

Many thanks,

Roger Feeley
