Yes this can be done in NetDynamics. You can talk to NetDynamics
Services ( and other PACs ) via a Non-ND Client. I have done this to talk
to
the DSRDBMSService from a non-ND client. You need to know
inner details of ND ie get client tickets, get worker from worket pool,
get the appropiate proxy, read schema etc.

However I have not been able to do Hyper-Integration, I suppose 5.0 has
some info related to it.

So the answer to your customer : Yes.

Subject: [ND] client to appserver via rmi...

One of our customers is evaluating between Weblogic, and ND. Their
question is how to communicate with our server using RMI from a java
client program (developed using non-nd environment)????

I am not quite sure why one would want that. But they have done it with
weblogic. So, we need to answer.

Thanks
