Check and make sure your data object cache is not enabled. Although I don't think this
is the cause of your problem, since ND will only load from cache only when the SQL
statement used is exactly the same. Perhaps you can give us more detail on how you
are authenticating the users (ie. using custom SQL or data object, what type of
conditions
you are using, etc.).
