The issue usually stems from the fact that the users are retrieving the pages through
         a proxy server. You must add a directive to the header of each outgoing ND 
page similiar
         to the following to tell
the proxy to not cache the generated pages:

Pragma: no-cache

I believe there is a method in CSpider that allows to to add this to the header before 
the engine generates the page. Hope this helps,
