I've been told by ND support that Clear Cache is NOT supported in
ND4.1.3 on a server that is under heavy load. They don't document this
anywhere. My personal experience confirms this; that is, I can Clear
Cache when my production server is under a very light load, but beyond
some load the Clear Cache simply causes the server to hang until I
reboot the machine.
