Depending on your application, you can also
use ugly brute force:

Run your CP Workers in separate processes, using
the command java_ndCPW.exe (a copy of java.exe),

Install NT 4 Resource Kit which contains
tlist and kill.

Assuming that you've logged in under the same
account that your NetDynamics Service is running:

The command  "kill java_ndCPW"
kills all CP Workers.

Use tlist java_ndCPW to find exact process IDs if you
only want to kill them one by one.

NetDynamics will instantly restart your CP Worker.

(This is by the way the fastest way to clear the cache for
a developer. The kill command can be put in a bat file
and an efficient clear cache is suddenly just a double click away.)
